National Hurling & Football Leagues

The Allianz National Hurling and Football Leagues were first held in 1925-1926 between the county teams of Ireland, under the auspices of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA). Both League tournments are played from February to April every year and are regarded as the second most prestigious inter-county Gaelic football competition. 

Allianz is one of the longest supporters of the GAA National Hurling and Football Leagues since its sponsorship commenced in 1993.

Allianz – Cumann na mBunscol

Cumann na mBunscol, the largest sports organisation within the primary education system in Ireland, promotes the teaching and playing of Gaelic Games including camogie, hurling, football, rounders, handball and athletics amongst boys and girls. It is estimated that over 100,000 pupils across all 32 counties in Ireland participate each year.

Allianz have been title supporters of Cumann na mBunscol since 1993.
